Lean Cuisine Recalled for Glass Fragments
Nestlé issued a recall of some of its Lean Cuisine brand of mushroom ravioli over concerns the low-calorie frozen entrees may contain fragments of glass, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA reports that the recall applied only to packages of Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli, with the production codes 2311587812 or 2312587812, and expiration date of December 2013.
