Architectural window film dealers inspired to capitalize on changing market and new opportunities at 2014 Panorama® Dealer Meeting
Solar Gard invites its Panorama Dealer Network to recognize growing potential for residential and commercial window film solutions
Tuesday, March 11, 2014 — Held March 6-8 in San Antonio, TX, and attracting over 170 attendees from all over North America, this year’s 8th Annual Panorama Dealer Meeting was infused with a spirit of optimism. With favorable conditions for remodel and retrofit projects in both the residential and commercial markets, dealers were encouraged to identify and approach their target market with renewed energy and focus.
Featuring five guest speakers, this year’s dynamic workshop lineup provided attendees with knowledge and skills on selling against competitive offerings; unparalleled insight on reaching today’s online consumer with a strong web and social media presence; interactive sessions on selling approaches and proven marketing tactics from other dealers; networking with both the interior design and USGBC / greenbuilding communities; and a post-launch update on Ecolux™, Solar Gard’s breakthrough technology for all-season, year-round energy savings and comfort.
Dealers were also treated to “Resource Ranch,” a robust tradeshow and exhibit area. From live demonstrations of Solar Gard’s ComputerCut® pattern-cutting software and full line of meters, to valuable information on managing business with QuickBooks® and leveraging “The Sun Speaks,” Solar Gard’s consumer social media campaign – this hands-on element of the Annual Dealer Meeting was more popular than ever.
Being held in San Antonio, the Western-inspired meeting theme of “Spur Into Action” was carried out in a Thursday evening cocktail reception overlooking The Alamo, as well as a group dinner and visit to The Texas Ranger Museum Friday night.
“The marketplace for window film is ever-expanding, and we designed this year’s Annual Dealer Meeting to be packed with the critical information and skills to empower our Authorized Panorama Dealers to take their business where they’ve only dreamed it could go,” said Lawrence Constantin, Solar Gard’s Director of Sales and Marketing for the Americas. “Both the residential and commercial markets hold untapped opportunities we want to uncover together with our Panorama Network. When they succeed, we succeed – and this working partnership was a key message reiterated throughout the event.”
Solar Gard also recognized its top-performing Panorama Dealers in North America in 2013 during a closing awards banquet Saturday evening.
