New CEO for Sollentuna Stinsen JV AB

Thomas Persson will take up his position as CEO of Sollentuna Stinsen JV AB today; the current CEO, Rickard Langerfors, will resign in connection with this. Thomas Persson is Head of Business Generation and Eastern Regional Manager at Magnolia Bostad and also a member of Magnolia Bostad's Executive Management.

 Sollentuna Stinsen JV AB is a joint venture between Magnolia Projekt 36 AB and the pension company Alecta pensionsförsäkring, mutually, and was formed in 2016 to develop the property Sollentuna Stinsen 2.
