  •  Net operating income amounted to SEK 2,812 thousand (5,853)
  •  The operating loss amounted to SEK 17,899 thousand (+1,980)
  •  The loss for the period amounted to SEK 20,611 thousand (+88,214)
  •  Earnings per share before and after dilution effects amounted to SEK - 41.22 (395.44)

  •  Consolidated net sales amounted to SEK 21,747 thousand (32,119)
  •  Net operating income amounted to SEK 7,370 thousand (13,219)
  •  The operating loss amounted to SEK 14,447 thousand (+8,147)
  •  The loss for the period amounted to SEK 23,766 thousand (+79,987)
  •  Earnings per share before and after dilution effects amounted to SEK – 47.53 (509.00)
  •  Liquid assets at the end of the period on 30 June 2018 stood at SEK 52,456 thousand

Significant events during the period
On 7 June 2018, Sollentuna Stinsen JV AB applied for bonds to be admitted for trading on the Corporate Bond List at Nasdaq Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm decided to officially list the bonds for trading on the Corporate Bond List on 8 June 2018.During the period, a write-down of SEK 18,793 thousand was done on a property.
