Sollentuna Stinsen JV AB successfully issues a SEK 400 m bond loan

Sollentuna Stinsen JV AB successfully issues a SEK 400 m senior secured bond loan and redeems its outstanding SEK 300 m senior secured bond loan.

On 7 October 2019 Sollentuna Stinsen JV AB ("Sollentuna Stinsen") issued senior secured bonds in accordance with the terms and conditions dated 30 September 2019 in an initial total amount of SEK 400 m with ISIN SE0013122058 (the "Bond Issue"). Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial was mandated as arranger as sole bookrunner for the Bond Issue.

The proceeds from the Bond Issue were mainly used to redeem Sollentuna Stinsen outstanding SEK 300 m bond loan with ISIN SE0010100966 on 8 October 2019 in accordance with the terms of the call notice issued on 11 September 2019
