Bondholders Meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated March 13th, 2018 attaching a summons for bondholders' meeting in Solstad Farstad ASA.

The bondholders' meeting was held today and a quorum was present.

The proposal to amend the cross default provision in the bond agreement as set forth in the summons dated 13 March 2018 was approved in the bondholders' meeting.
