Extension of Standstill and Deferral Agreement for Solship Invest 3 AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of March 27th, 2018, in which it was informed that Solship Invest 3 AS and its subsidiaries had entered into an agreement with its major financial creditors to postpone instalment and interest payments until May 4th, 2018.

Solship Invest 3 AS and its subsidiaries have today received consent from the relevant financial creditors to extend the agreement until June 2nd, 2018.
