Solstad Maritime Holding AS: Ex dividend today

Skudeneshavn, 15 November 2024. Reference is made to Solstad Offshore ASA's (SOFF) announcement on 14 November 2024 regarding an Extraordinary General Meeting held that day in Solstad Maritime Holding AS (SMH).

SOFF has been informed by SMH that the shares in SMH will trade ex-dividend NOK 0.50 per share as of today, 15 November 2024.

Solstad Offshore ASA indirectly owns 126,908,020 shares in SMH (27.3% ownership).
