Solstad Maritime Holding AS: Share capital increase registered

Skudeneshavn, June 19, 2024 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") on 12 June 2024 regarding the successful offering of 63,497,303 new shares in Solstad Maritime Holding AS ("SMH")(the "Offering").

The registration of the share capital relating to the Offering has been completed with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. SMH's new registered share capital is NOK 93,071,711 divided into 465,358,555 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.20. Each share represents one vote in SMH's general meeting.

The shares are expected to be issued and registered in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository ("VPS") and delivered to investors on or about 24 June 2024.

The shares in SMH are linked to SOFF's shares, cf. the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.
