New shares in Solteq Plc registered into the trade register

Solteq Plc, Stock Exchange Bulletin, 18.3.2021 at 9:15 a.m.  

Solteq Plc directed a share issue on March 8, 2021, totalling to 89,974 shares, to Partiture Oy as a part of the business acquisition published on March 1, 2021. The subscription price of the shares was determined on the basis of the volume-weighted average price in February 2021 and the subscription price was EUR 3.89 per share.

The new shares have been registered into trade register today. After the changes, the total number of the shares is 19,396,501.  

The new shares will be publicly traded as of March 19, 2021.
