Solwers Plc has updated its Disclosure Policy following approval by the Board of Directors on 17 April 2026. The policy outlines the key principles and practices that the company follows when communicating with the capital markets and other stakeholders.

As part of the update, Solwers has shortened its silent period from 30 days to 21 days, improving Investor Relations flexibility by enabling more effective and timely engagement with investors and other stakeholders.

The update also includes technical revisions and specifications across different sections of the document. The updated disclosure policy comes into effect immediately, is attached to this release and will also be available on Solwers’ website at https://solwers.com/disclosure-policy/.
