Song Networks Holding AB (publ) requests delisting from the Stockholm Stock Exchange The Board of Directors of Song Networks Holding AB (publ) ("Song") has applied that the company's ordinary shares and convertible debentures shall be delisted from the stock exchange. The reason for the company's delisting request is that TDC A/S controls more than 90% of the issued share capital as well as the number of votes in Song.
