Change of location for Sotkamo Silver’s Annual General Meeting on April 2, 2020 and information with regards to the coronavirus

Sotkamo Silver will hold its Annual General Meeting April 2nd, but the location is changed to Stora Salen på Jernkontoret, Kungsträdgårdsgatan 10, 111 87 Stockholm. Historiska Museet is closed due to corona virus precautions.
Due to the coronavirus, a decision has been taken to implement a number of precautionary measures.
We have decided to hold the Annual General Meeting in the simplest possible form. No food will be served before the meeting. Furthermore, the speech by CEO, Paul Johnsson, will be confined to two minutes. The full speech will be made available on Sotkamo Silver’s website, www.silver.fi, after the meeting.
Questions from shareholders at the meeting will be strictly focused on matters on the agenda of the meeting. Shareholders with more general questions are welcome to provide these in writing to paul.johnsson@silver.fi .
Due to traveling restrictions, members of the Board of Directors, members of the nominating committee and management, other than the CEO, cannot attend the Annual General Meeting in person.
If you have been in a risk area in the past 14 days before the date of the meeting, or if you have been in close contact with a person infected with the coronavirus, Sotkamo Silver encourage that you refrain from attending.
We wish to remind you of the option not to attend the Annual General Meeting in person but instead to participate through a proxy. Please contact CEO Paul Johnsson if you are planning to use a proxy.
