Sotkamo Silver AB (“Sotkamo Silver” or the “Company”) corrects the English and Finnish versions of the press release "New number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver AB" published 31 March 2023 at 08:45 CET.

The correction refers to the incorrect number of shares after the rights issue being stated in the English and Finnish versions of the press release. The correct number of shares after the rights issue is 285,758,153. The correct number of shares was stated in the Swedish press release.
