Pursuant to the resolution passed at the 2010 Annual General Meeting held on 29th June, 2010, the name of Gexco AB has changed to Sotkamo Silver AB effective at the opening of NGM Equity stock exchange in Stockholm, August 23, 2010. The shares and warrants of the Company will continue to trade on the NGM Equity Stock Exchange and at the Burgundy market place.
