NEW NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN SOTKAMO SILVER

As previously announced, Sotkamo Silver AB (“Sotkamo Silver”) has completed a rights issue of 44,994,433 shares. As a result of the rights issue, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver has increased during the month of May.
Prior to the rights issue, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounted to 134, 983,299. 44,994,433 new shares have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) during May. Hence, as of today, May 29, 2020, the last trading day of the month, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounts to 179,977,732.
