The number of shares in Sotkamo Silver AB (publ) has increased in connection with the directed share issue by 11,469,605 shares in April. Therefore, the total number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounts to 130,783,299 and the share capital to SEK 179,414,416.94, each share with a quota value of approximately SEK 1.37.
The change in share amounts and share capital was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and Euroclear Sweden AB in April 2018
