Mauri Visuri that has been the Chairman of the Board since 2011 and a board member since 2010 have decided to resign from the Board on March 23rd, 2020. Vice Chairman of the Board Eeva-Liisa Virkkunen, that is suggested by the nominating committee as the Chairman of the Board at the Annual General Meeting on April 2nd 2020, now takes over as Chairman of the Board.
