SOTKAMO SILVER AB: KARRI ALAMERI RESIGNS FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Karri Alameri, member of the Board of Directors of Sotkamo Silver AB, has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors as of today. The reason for the resignation is his appointment as CEO of Savings Banks’ Union Coop (Säästöpankkiliitto).
The Company's nomination committee will assess the situation and, if necessary, start the work to appoint a new board member.
"Karri Alameri was appointed to the Board in 2020. I would like to thank Karri for the excellent work done for the Company, both on the Board and in the Audit Committee, and I wish him success in his new role", says Eeva-Liisa Virkkunen, the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
