SOTKAMO SILVER AB: NEW NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES

Sotkamo Silver AB (“Sotkamo Silver”) has completed the conversion of SEK 15 million convertibles which was announced 10 February 2021. As a result of the conversion, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver has increased.
Prior to the conversion, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounted to 179,977,732. New shares, 4,541,051, have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). Hence, as of today, February 18, 2021, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounts to 184,518,783.
