SOTKAMO SILVER AB: SALE OF THE EXPLORATION PERMITS IN TAMPERE, FINLAND AND IN BERGSLAGEN, SWEDEN

Sotkamo Silver has signed agreements for the sale of seven exploration permit applications in Tampere region (Finland) and seven exploration permits in Bergslagen (Sweden). The buyer is Dark Horse Resources Limited (ASX: DHR) through its fully owned subsidiaries Newpeak Finland Oy and Newpeak Sweden Oy. The sale is conditional to the approvals of the corresponding mining authorities in both countries and is expected to be closed by the end of 2020. The selling price is 150 000 euros.
The sale is part of Sotkamo Silver’s strategy to focus on the development of the Silver Mine and adjacent exploration targets.
