SOTKAMO SILVER HAS ACQUIRED 427 HA LAND AT TAIVALJÄRVI SILVER MINE

Sotkamo Silver AB is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary has acquired 427 ha land at Taivaljärvi Silver-Mine. The land has been acquired from Oy UPM Kymmene Ab.

Taivaljärvi Silver-Mine has a due mining concession that is situated within the new-acquired land-area. Building of mine and plant are planned to begin as soon as the project-financing have been closed and approval received from the board.

The acquisition makes it possible to develop the project without any time-consuming negotiations with land-owners.
