SOTKAMO SILVER INVESTIGATES REFINANCING OF FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS MATURING IN 2022

Sotkamo Silver AB and its Finnish subsidiary Sotkamo Silver Oy are investigating the conditions and opportunities for refinancing financial instruments maturing in 2022 (secured bond and convertible bond). At the same time, the company's main goal is to extend the maturity of its debt financing.
The refinancing study is expected to be finalized so that Sotkamo Silver could decide on the possible refinancing during the spring of 2022.
