South Bank London presents their second volume of the South Bank Winter Cook Book. This unique, free, digital food bible brings together recipes by the areas tops chefs and restaurants – who have put aside their competitive differences for Christmas!

BBC Radio 1 presenter and top foodie in her own right, Alice Levine, introduces the cook book, highlighting South Bank as the perfect winter destination for feasting, fun and festivities.

Featured restaurants include Sea Containers at Mondrian London, OXO Tower Restaurant and The Green Room. Recipes range from fine-dining delicacies such as Shaved Mushroom Salad and Ceviche Mixto to twists on favourites like KFT (Kentucky Fried Turkey) and the humble chocolate brownie.

For all those that find the festive season a little overwhelming in the kitchen, the chefs have shared their top tips to close the book.

The perfect accompaniment to the cook book is the South Bank Cocktail Book featuring recipes by award-winning bars like Dandelyan and Skylon.

South Bank Winter Cook Book is free to download here.
