A Gateway to a World of Authentic Textile Culture

ATLANTA – Southeast Fiber Arts Alliance (SEFAA), a regional fiber arts resource cultivating a vibrant fiber arts community that preserves tradition while encouraging innovation, will host the ClothRoads Trunk Show from June 21-22. ClothRoads, a new source for worldwide textiles, searches globally for textiles using ancient natural dyeing methods, subtle and beautiful weaving techniques, spinning, printing and needleworkers.

ClothRoads, a global textile marketplace, will showcase in its trunk show hundreds of exceptional handmade textiles from all over the world including: silk scarves, handwoven fine cotton shawls and scarves, indigo textiles, boro cloth, vintage Japanese textiles, pillows, throws, runners, finely woven white huipils, woven vests and bags from every continent on the globe.

WHAT: ClothRoads goes directly to the source (from India to Peru) to find textiles made by artisans using ancient natural dyeing methods and subtle beautiful weaving techniques with the desire to enter into the larger global commerce market.
