1700 Midtown Wins Development Award

ULI Honors Local Commercial Real Estate ProjectsInformation For Release NASHVILLE, Tenn. May 27, 2011 – The Nashville chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) recently honored 1700 Midtown with an “Excellence in Development” award. The modern apartment building at State Street and 17th Avenue was one of eight development projects featured at the May 10 awards ceremony held at the Noah Liff Opera Center. The other honored projects were 12th and Paris, Franklin Police headquarters, Hotel Indigo, Piedmont Natural Gas operations center, The Sawtooth Building, Terrazzo and Westhaven.
