Mandatory notification of trade in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's issues

The attached list gives an overview of trades in subscription rights and subscriptions of new equity certificates carried out by primary insiders of the SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge and their related parties in connection with the rights offering and the employee offering.

The information about subscription for equity certificates in the employee offering for Geir Andreassen and Rolf Eigil Bygdnes in the attachment are corrections which replace the information about their subscriptions in the employee offering in the attachment to the mandatory notification of trade of 13 May 2011.

The trades in rights included in the list were conducted 13 May 2011. Equity certificates were subscribed according to subscription rights, and/or in the employee offering. The subscription period is from 12 May 2011 through 26 May 2011.

The new equity certificates will be allocated on or about 1 June 2011.
