Mandatory notification of trade in SpareBank 1 SNN's issues

The attached list gives an overview of trades in subscription rights and subscriptions of new equity certificates carried out by primary insiders of the SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge and their related parties in connection with the rights offering and the employee offering.

The trades in rights and the subscriptions for new equity certificates included in the list were conducted 17 September 2013. Equity certificates were subscribed according to subscription rights, and/or in the employee offering. The subscription period is from 13 September 2013 through 27 September 2013, 16.30(CET).

The new equity certificates will be allocated on or about 3 October 2013.
