NONG - Bonus issue and split registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

The capital change related to the bonus issue and split of the equity certificates approved by the Supervisory Board of SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge on 29 and 30 March 2011 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new equity certificate capital is NOK 1 194 138 000 distributed through 47 765 528 equity certificates each with a face value of NOK 25. The bonus issue and split will be registered with the VPS on 5 April 2011.
