In connection with payment of dividend for the 2007 accounting year, SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's Supervisory Board has decided to launch a dividend issue.  The Bank's PCC-holders will be offered the option of receiving cash dividends or dividend certificates.  The subscription period has been fixed at 25 March - 11 April 2008.

 

The subscription price will be fixed before the start of the subscription period.  The subscription price will decide the number of PCCs needed in order to receive one new PCC.  Fractional certificates will not be issued, but an ordinary cash dividend of NOK 9,50 will be paid per PCC not entitled to a new certificate.

 

The subscription price is intended to provide an incentive for choosing dividend certificates rather than a cash dividend.
