SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's main Board of Directors has passed a resolution regarding the amount of the issue and the required change in the Bank's by-laws in connection with the recent dividend issue.  1 098 121 new Primary Capital Certificates (PCCs) were subscribed for in the new dividend issue, amounting to NOK 102 125 253.  After this, the Bank's PCC-capital totals NOK 895 603 650 made up of 17 912 073 PCCs.

 

Accordingly, 65 per cent of the Bank's PCC-holders (the number of certificates) participated in the dividend issue.

 

The formal approval and registration of the issue, including the abovementioned change in by-laws, are in the process of being arranged.
