SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has today sold 435,280 Equity Certificates (EC's) in Helgeland Sparebank at an average price of NOK 116.10.  Following this transaction, SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge do not own EC's in Helgeland Sparebank.  SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's share of total issued EC's in Helgeland Sparebank prior to the transaction was 19.8 %.
