The Board of Directors in Sparebanken Nord-Norge has fixed the subscription price in the planned dividend issue to NOK 93,-.  The subscription price represents a discount of 14,7 % compared to the Bank's PCC closing price of NOK 109,- as at 25.3.2008.

 

The subscription price has been fixed by the Board of Directors in accordance with resolution in the Bank's Supervisory Board dated 11.3.2008.

 

Invitation for subscription will be forwarded to the PCC-holders 26.3.2008.  The PCCs must have been subscribed for by 10 April 2008.
