NONG – Tier 2 bond issue – end of subscription period

Reference is made to the notification sent today 27th of May 2014 regarding a potential new Tier 2 bond issue for SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge.

The new Tier 2 bond issue was well received in the market, and has now been successfully placed. A new Tier 2 bond issue of NOK 350 million will be issued with a coupon of 3 months NIBOR plus 1.50 % p.a. Issue date is 12 June 2014.

Arrangers were SpareBank 1 Markets and Swedbank Norge.
