The formal approval of the dividend issue in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge, including the necessary change in by-laws, was duly registrered in the National Register of Business Enterprises in Brønnøysund in April 2008.  1 098 121 new Primary Capital Certificates (PCCs) were subscribed for in the dividend issue, amounting to NOK 102 125 253.  After this, the Bank's PCC-capital totals NOK 895 603 650 made up of 17 912 073 PCCs.
