Schedule for completion of transactions between SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge and Helgeland Sparebank

The transfer of SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's (SNN) operations on Helgeland, and Helgeland Sparebank's (HSB) entry into the SpareBank 1 Alliance and the agreements related to this will, for technical and practical reasons, be implemented in several stages during 2021.

  • In accordance with what has been previously communicated, HSB will become a co-owner of EiendomsMegler 1 Nord-Norge AS and Regnskapshuset Nord Norge AS at 01. March 2021, and will at this time buy 15 % of the shares in the companies.
  • The transfer of SNNs operations on Helgeland will take place in mid-October 2021. At the same time, SNN will acquire 19.99 % of the shares in HSB.
