SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge: Capital increase formally registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of 3 and 4 October 2013 in connection with the completed rights offering and employee offering in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge. The capital increase in connection with the rights offering and the employee offering have now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret).

The new equity certificate capital in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge is NOK 1,807,164,288 consisting of 100,398,016 equity certificates, each with a nominal value of NOK 18.

Allocated equity certificates will be registered on each subscriber's VPS account on 9 October 2013 provided that the outstanding amount for each subscriber has been settled. The new equity certificates issued under the rights offering are eligible for trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange from 10 October 2013. The equity certificates issued in the employee offering are bound by a 3 year lock-up period from the date the equity certificates are registered on the subscribers' VPS accounts.

Arctic Securities, SpareBank 1 Markets and SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge Markets have acted as managers in the rights issue.
