SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge: Preliminary result of the offerings

The subscription period in the rights offering and the employee offering in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge expired Friday 27 September 2013 at 1630 hours (CET). A preliminary count shows that SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge had, by the expiry of the subscription period, received subscriptions for about 57 million new equity capital certificates in the rights offering. 33,104,494 new certificates were offered, and the rights offering has consequently been oversubscribed by about 72 percent.

There was also considerable interest for the employee offering. According to the preliminary count, the employees subscribed for a total of about 1 million new equity capital certificates, distributed on 247 employees. The overall subscribed amount is about NOK 22.2 million.

The final allocation of equity capital certificates offered in the rights offering and the employee offering will be finalised on Thursday 3 October 2013. The allocation will be carried out in accordance with the allocation criteria set forth in the prospectus dated 12 September 2013. The final subscription result will be published by notice via the Oslo Stock Exchange on 3 October 2013. On the same day, letters concerning the allocation of new equity capital certificates and the corresponding subscription amount to be paid by each subscriber will be sent to all subscribers.
