SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has agreed upon selling its shares in Nets

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge owns 1.9%, the equivalent of 3.647.975 shares, in Nets. This sale requires the approval of the governing authorities. The process is expected finalised by Q2 2014.

Per 31.12.2013, the value of SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge shares in Nets was estimated to over MNOK 239. The agreement of selling the shares will result in an increase of the value with approximately MNOK 137 in the first quarter of 2014.

Advent International, ATP and Bain Capital (the "Consortium") is the purchaser of all the shares from SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge. This group acquires 100% of the shares in Nets from every existing 186 shareholder, SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge being one of these.
