SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has entered into an agreement to buy 3,5 per cent of the shares of BNbank for MNOK 47,7 and 3,5 per cent of the shares of SpareBank 1 Næringskreditt for MNOK 11,6. The seller is SpareBank 1 SMN. The agreement is conditional on authorization.

 

On completion, new shareholder structure of BNbank will be: SpareBank 1 SMN (33 per cent), SpareBank 1 SR-Bank (23.5 per cent), SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge (23.5 per cent) and SamSpar Bankinvest AS (20 per cent). The same share distribution applies to SpareBank 1 Næringskreditt.
