Sparebanken Nord-Norge buys PCCs in HELG
The previous holding was 201 503 and with today's purchase the new holding is 20 % of the PCCs in Helgeland Sparebank.
Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has in their letter dated 3 May authorised that Sparebanken Nord-Norge may own up to 20 % of the PCCs in Helgeland Sparebank.
