Successful tap issue of AT1 capital

With reference to the stock exchange notice dated 3 October 2017. SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge («the Bank») today made a successful tap issue of NOK 30 mill in AT1 bond ISIN NO0010807084. Following the tap issue the outstanding amount of the new bond will be NOK 180 mill.

In connection with the bond issue, the Bank has bought back NOK 1 million in NONG66 at a price of 100,777 with settlement 10 October 2017.

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge Markets acted as manager for the tap issue.
