Annual General Meeting – election to the Board of Directors

The Annual General Meeting of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA reelected on 28 April 2022 Dag Mejdell as Chair and Trine Sæther Romuld as board member with a term of office of up to two years. The Annual General Meeting elected Camilla AC Tepfers and Kjetil Skjæveland as new board members with at term of office of up to two years.

The Board of Directors of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has now the following composition:
