Correction - Distribution of shares as part of the savings scheme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 14 August, 15 August, 16 August, 17 August and 18 August 2023 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been distributed to the employees at a price of NOK 126,9787. After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 42 627 shares. As participants in the savings scheme the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
