Distribution of shares as part of the savings scheme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 15 December, 16 December and 17 December 2020 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been distributed to the employees at a price of NOK 88,6889

After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 23.112 shares.

As participants in the savings scheme the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
