Dag Mejdell, chair of the board of directors in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA, has today on behalf of his company Nobel Partners AS bought 5.000 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA at an average price of NOK 94,65. Following the transaction Mejdell and related parties own 30 000 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA.
