Dag Mejdell, chair of the board of directors of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA, has today on behalf of his company Nobel Partners bought 5.000 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Banks ASA at an average price of NOK 97,3928. Following the transaction Mejdell and related parties own 35 000 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA.
