Bente Holm Mejdell, close relative of Dag Mejdell, chair of the board of directors in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA, has today bought 2.000 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Banks ASA at an average price of NOK 95,55. Following the transaction Dag Mejdell and related parties own 37 000 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA.
