Dag Mejdell, chair of the board of directors of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA, has today on behalf of related parties bought 6.000 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Banks ASA at an average price of NOK 104.30. Following the transaction Mejdell and related parties own 43 000 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA.
