Mandatory notification of trade

Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank, related party to board member Kjetil Skjæveland in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has on November 15 bought 2,557,510 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA at a price of NOK 118 per share. Following the transaction Kjetil Skjæveland owns 2,014 shares and Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank owns 74,976,815 shares, a total of 74,978,829 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA.
